As a client of CROP you can still get customised work. This is possible because we position ourselves close to the client and we are interested in getting to know the entrepreneur. This gives us a good insight into what the entrepreneur wishes, and we can respond to this very meticulously. Recently for example, I was able to negotiate a number of deals that turned out to be very lucrative for the client.

From education to a career

I was born on April 3, 1952 in Utrecht. After secondary school I studied law in Utrecht and completed my studies in commercial law. Afterwards I worked at the Ministry of Finance, where I was an inspector of income tax and corporate income tax. In that period I did received my post-graduate degree in Tax Law. After five years, I moved to a large and well-known countrywide firm in the area of accountancy and tax consultancy. I worked there for 12 years as a tax consultant, 7 of which I was a partner. In 1999 I consciously opted for CROP chartered accountants and CROP tax consultants. The precise reason was that in CROP you could give personal attention to the client.

My motive: to continue providing customised work

As a fiscal partner of the branch in Amersfoort, I am a specialist in takeovers, start-ups, negotiation tracks, and transfers in domestic matters, both national and international. I just can't imagine that I once wanted to study at an art academy. My ambition? To enable both CROP and our clients to flourish and develop further while retaining the personal involvement at the client and among the colleagues. It is important that also in the future we will be able to continue providing customised work at a top quality level. This ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction. And with that pleasure in our work.
