Daan van Randwijk

I have a lot of experience in the area of converting enterprises into companies with limited liability, financing applications, takeovers and optimising the fiscal position of managing directors/major shareholders. My soul is in family businesses and with the managing directors/ major shareholders. In addition, I also find it fascinating to be able to help non-profit organisations.

From education to a career

I was born on May 1, 1964 in Lopik. After completing my pre-university education (VWO), I began to work in 1984 at one of the 'big-four' offices as an assistant accountant. During that same year I started my studies at the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NIVRA) to become a chartered accountant. I accumulated a great deal of experience at my first employer and climbed my way up from entry-level assistant to senior manager. In 2003 I started to work at CROP chartered accountants and CROP tax consultants and I have been a partner since 1 January 2006.

My motive: proactive involvement

I enjoy being proactively involved with entrepreneurs and their enterprises, both in the financial and the fiscal areas. I think this is the nicest side of my work. In terms of this, I think working for CROP is absolutely up my alley. I fully support CROP's vision about service provisions to clients. Namely: personal involvement and professionalism.
